Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entry.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is organized and appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
- Help organize and clean the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas to uphold high hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and price changes as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
- No prior retail or customer service experience is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods comfortably.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive, energetic demeanor and a willingness to learn.
