Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tucson location.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
