Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) without exception.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- No prior retail or warehouse experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
