Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in-store and over the phone.
- Assist with stocking inventory and organizing merchandise displays to ensure a neat shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
