Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about our merchandise.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Cashier duties including handling money, making change, and balancing the register.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure all store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- No prior retail experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
