Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions regarding products and services, and assist with any inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and completing regular store upkeep.
- Transaction Support: Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform inventory counts, and communicate shortages or needs to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to ensure store goals are met and tasks are completed during busy weekend shifts.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist in opening the store before shifts and securing the premises at the end of the day, including setting alarms and locking doors.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with no prior retail experience; a willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
