Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves and organize inventory to maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Merchandising: Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the register and on the sales floor.
- Operations: Perform routine cleaning and organization tasks to uphold company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend crew to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Equipment: Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move for extended periods (walking, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- No Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Communication: Basic math skills for inventory handling and clear communication skills.
