What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance through stocking and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the floor team to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Restock inventory and organize merchandise displays to maintain visual standards.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend availability required).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes.
- Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
