Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Stocking: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and in the backroom to ensure products are available for customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and organize inventory to minimize shrinkage and maximize efficiency.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with finding products to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently and support store goals.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
