Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries about merchandise.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and sanitary at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- No prior retail or customer service experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Austin location.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
