Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with the receiving, stocking, and organization of merchandise to maintain high visual standards.
- Operate the cash register accurately and handle all transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the preparation of weekly stock reports.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
