Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and checkout processes.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
