Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain accurate inventory counts to ensure product availability.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, organized, and safe for all visitors.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver merchandise throughout the store.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
