Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining product displays.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per weekend (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for point-of-sale transactions.
