Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Restock merchandise and maintain high visual standards for the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Austin location.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
