Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register and handle cash and credit payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and performing cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is required.
