Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Stock merchandise and ensure displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the sales floor and backroom areas in compliance with company safety and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- No prior retail experience is necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
