Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain an organized and appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash and credit transactions.
- Assist in processing incoming inventory and organizing stockrooms efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean and tidy at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
