Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor and represent the brand positively to every customer.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding workplace conduct and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we offer full training for all successful candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
