Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and attentive assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile transactions
- Merchandise and visually arrange products to maintain brand standards
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in quarterly weekend team-building events
Qualifications
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- 18+ years of age
