Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle cash, and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including tagging new items and logging stock levels.
- Maintain store security standards during opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
