Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and manage cash.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock receiving, and product rotation.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy and product displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or customer service experience required (Entry Level friendly).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
