Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in locating and selecting products.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure an appealing and well-maintained store layout.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, price changes, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
