Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Operate store equipment and handle cash handling procedures with precision.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to execute promotional events and displays.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is essential for commuting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
