Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and appealing sales floor.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
