Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash drawers and securing the facility.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for handling money and inventory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
