Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain optimal inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, answer questions regarding products, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout your shift.
- Store Operations: Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, and maintenance tasks to keep the facility safe and operational.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to achieve daily goals and support the overall store operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
