Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
