Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and break areas.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- A valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
