Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operational Support: Assist with merchandise stocking, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Event Coordination: Support event setup, breakdown, and crowd management during weekend shifts.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions carefully.
