Responsibilities
- Stock & Display: Organize merchandise, replenish stock, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with locating products to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale: Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle returns efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, aisles, and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe for shoppers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking in deliveries and keeping inventory records up to date.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Experience: No prior retail or customer service experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
