Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and display products according to our visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stock rooms to ensure efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Clean and organize the sales floor to uphold our high cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
