- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor product levels and alert management when restocking is needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a Social Security card.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
