Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all customers, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Store Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and performing cycle counts.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Merchandising: Ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with company standards.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor to ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Reliability: A proven track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
