Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily volume targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
