Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for local and regional distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
