Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using powered industrial equipment (Forklift certification preferred, but training is provided).
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise accurately to meet strict daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maximize productivity during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift with proper lifting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging inventory data.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
