Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage the receiving and shipping dock areas to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve logistical issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before storage or shipment.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and ability to arrive on time for every shift.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
