- Oversee weekend shift operations at premier Las Vegas venues
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure optimal team performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Train new staff on company standards and procedures
- Collaborate with management to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling systems
- Valid driver's license (required for venue transportation)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
