Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision and efficiency during weekend shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards
- Assist with training new weekend shift team members
- Generate accurate shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or operations
- Proven reliability and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
