Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with weekend shift team to ensure seamless coverage
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs facility
