Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely operate machinery and hand trucks to load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packaging: Properly package items to prevent damage during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on warehouse equipment to ensure functionality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hiring.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be authorized to work in the USA.
- Attitude: A positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
