Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock management duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail environments is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with availability for occasional overtime.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
