Responsibilities
- Execute Weekend Operations: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders during high-volume weekend shifts to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock within the warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and ensure the workspace remains clean and organized.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality; must pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate start.
