- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safe Practices: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
