Responsibilities
- Execute Operations: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily KPIs.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in designated zones.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to streamline workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
