Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
