- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Driving: Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
