Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with other departments and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines during shifts.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
