Responsibilities

- Create climate-resilient infrastructure plans for extreme weather adaptation
- Lead stakeholder workshops with municipal governments and private developers
- Conduct environmental impact assessments using AI-driven modeling tools
- Mentor junior planners on sustainable building certification (LEED/WELL)
- Research and implement emerging green technologies (vertical farming, smart grids)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years experience in sustainable development or green infrastructure
- LEED AP/WELL AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and BIM modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating climate-resilient urban projects
- Understanding of circular economy principles and lifecycle analysis
